June 28th Our second annual fishing derby will be held on June 28th at Scout Park (behind park district building on Ottawa) from 1-5. There will be a short fishing demonstration, casting contest, and fishing. You will need to bring your own pole and bait. We are also asking that everyone bring a side dish to share, as we plan on having a picnic. You will need to bring your own cooler with nonalcoholic drinks. Please RSVP to me by June 26th so that we know how much meat we need to have for the picnic. Anyone over 16 will need a fishing license if they plan on fishing |
